By accessing or using Persona Forge ("Service"), a product by Pehloo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Persona Forge is an AI-powered user persona generation tool. You provide a product description, and our service generates structured user personas using Google Gemini AI.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Tier: Limited persona generations per month at no cost.
  • Paid Plans: Plus ($5/month), Pro ($10/month), and Lifetime Plus ($200 one-time).
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Pehloo.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the product descriptions you submit. You grant us a license to process them for persona generation.
  • Generated Personas: Personas generated by the Service are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of generated output.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated personas are for informational and planning purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pehloo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
